Founded in 2000 in Milan, at the initiative and under the direction of Elisabetta Sgarbi, La Milanesiana aims to intersect different knowledge and arts, presenting to the general public the international excellences of the cultural and scientific world: Nobel laureates in literature and science, Oscar winners in cinema, and musicians who have received the highest international accolades. Over the years, the festival has increasingly expanded its areas of intervention and, in addition to Milan, it takes place in several cities in Italy, including, for the past seven years, in Bormio.
Every year, La Milanesiana tackles a theme that characterizes and runs through the entire edition, and this year it is dedicated to Intelligence.
