Culture Festival. Bormio has always been a great centre of cultural interchange where different arts and knowledge converge. The tradition continues to this day with the Milanesiana festival.
La Milanesiana, conceived and directed by Elisabetta Sgarbi, is a festival that, born over 20 years ago, aims at spreading culture in all its forms, giving space to literature, music, cinema, science, art and philosophy, but also to theatre, law, economics and sport.
Italian and international guests enliven the numerous meetings and exhibitions, bringing to more than 20 cities the message of energy and positivity that has always distinguished the Festival. For several years now, Bormio has been hosting the Milanesiana in the splendid setting of its historic centre.
Between musical performances, conferences, exhibitions and the ‘Bormio Contea’ Literary Prize, the town becomes one of the cultural protagonists of the Alps.
