Small welcome from the kitchen
Loin of lamb in buckwheat and dried fruit crust, on potato cream and raspberry drops.
FIRST COURSE
Chestnut dumplings, crescenza cream and dried figs.
DESSERT
Small apple with white chocolate, vanilla, apple heart and zabaglione ice cream accompanied by a non-alcoholic apple bubbly.
