The locals are very bright due to the presence of large windows. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two, 32-inch LED TV and extendable dining table: the kitchenette is fully functional, with kitchen hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment and is equipped. In the hallway is a large closet space. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine. In the room, besides the double bed is a single bed is equipped with a large wardrobe, bedside tables and desk. The room has two large panoramic windows that give light and joy. The area is very quiet and sunny, very protected from traffic. Is only 3 km from the center of Bormio, resort and spa known throughout the world, 9 km. from the ski slopes of Santa Caterina and 200 mt. from the village center that offers all services (bank, post office, pharmacy, city hall, bus stop, church and grocery shop). Within the distance of 1 km there are a gym equipped for climbing, a playground with a pond, the Valley Museum of Ethnography in Valfurva and the Visitor Center of the Stelvio National Park.
